i really liked the hotel's blend of historic charm and modern amenities. the fast wi-fi helped me stay connected, and the quiet workspaces were perfect for focusing. the breakfast buffet energized my mornings with tasty food. plus, the view of the alster lake from my room was an AMAZING bonus!

The spa facilities need improvement. I found them disappointing . the service wasn't up to par, especially at the spa reception. the changing and shower areas felt outdated.

the room felt a little uninspired to me, with not many extras included. it seemed simple and somewhat outdated. the walls maybe need more soundproofing as i could hear noise from other rooms.
