i really liked the hotel's blend of historic charm and modern amenities. the fast wi-fi helped me stay connected, and the quiet workspaces were perfect for focusing. the breakfast buffet energized my mornings with tasty food. plus, the view of the alster lake from my room was an AMAZING bonus!

The spa facilities need improvement. I found them disappointing . the service wasn't up to par, especially at the spa reception. the changing and shower areas felt outdated.

genuine warmth cozy desk pleasant service

i found genuine warmth from everyone i met. my room felt spacious and included a cozy desk. the staff was very kind, and i relished the restaurant and bar. i would return due to the overall pleasant service.

the room felt a little uninspired to me, with not many extras included. it seemed simple and somewhat outdated. the walls maybe need more soundproofing as i could hear noise from other rooms.

comfortable bed quiet room outdated room sound insulation

the staff was very kind. i appreciated the comfortable beds and the quietness of my room. i really slept well (that is something that happens rarely to me). the facilities met my expectations.

The room seemed a little outdated. i found the soundproofing to be not ideal. I could hear noises from other rooms. this was a slight disturbance.
